Position Overview
As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll connect with individuals who’ve requested help understanding their coverage. You’ll walk them through their benefit options and help them get set up—all through virtual consultations.

Daily Duties
Conduct virtual client meetings to discuss available plans
Offer recommendations and answer questions
Help complete applications and ensure proper follow-up
Maintain records and communication logs
Stay engaged through optional coaching sessions
