Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess relationships for Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations; escalate as needed.
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and technology applications for analysis.
• Adhere to designated timeframes and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Submit written work product for review by quality control and incorporate feedback.
• Meet production and quality standards while working in a team environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company/policy requirements.
