Job summary

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield seeks an Enterprise Technology Architect to develop and advance architecture strategies, standards, roadmaps, and governance that support secure, scalable technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role provides architectural leadership across security, infrastructure, network, application, and enterprise domains while ensuring solutions meet security, regulatory, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals.
• Communicates architectural strategies and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitates consensus on direction.
• Creates and maintains reference architectures, design patterns, and architectural guidelines across domains.
• Designs and maintains enterprise security architectures supporting security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and maintains enterprise technology standards, policies, and best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Drives innovation and reduces technical debt while promoting best practices across the organization.
