Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to shape the enterprise architecture strategy for a complex healthcare technology environment, with emphasis on CRM platforms and integrations.

The role collaborates with implementation teams, integration architects, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable architecture guidance, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality delivery across global stakeholders. Remote in US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years in Salesforce architecture or enterprise app design.
• Strong Salesforce capabilities: Sales Cloud, LWC.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of CRM data models and large data volumes.
• Experience with Salesforce delivery lifecycle, CI/CD, testing.
• Lead global implementation partners and validate quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM-focused enterprise technologies and architectural fit.
• Lead architecture governance and design standards.
• Review critical designs and integration patterns.
• Translate requirements into architecture deliverables.
• Guide secure platform design and regulatory compliance.
• Define integration approaches and API strategies.
• Align CRM data models with roadmaps.
• Drive engineering quality and testing practices.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support platform stabilization on production issues.
