Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation for enterprise construction clients. You will design end-to-end workflows, mentor teams, and translate customer needs into scalable construction software solutions.

Based in Lake Oswego, OR or remote US, you will partner with Product and Professional Services to shape delivery, manage complex engagements, and help customers realize value from Trimble Construction One.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble Construction One solutions.
5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments.
Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.
