Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7+ years of enterprise software development.
• Expert level Java developer experience.
• Experience with Linux (Red Hat).
• Some experience with JSF/RichFaces and RESTful web services.
• Experience in Spring, CI/CD automation, ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Cloud solutions, security requirements, and DevOps practices.
• Agile development experience and Git/SCM familiarity.
• Understanding federal IT security guidelines and Section 508 accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end application architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead architectural reviews and establish best practices for teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and adoption strategies.
• Design integration patterns between client apps and cloud back-ends.
• Build micro-services, REST APIs, and event-driven components.
• Develop micro-frontend apps with modular UI patterns.
• Implement OAuth2/JWT and ensure secure access control.
• Mentor team and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
