Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect for the CMS HOM program. You will define multi-year roadmaps, lead ERP and cloud architecture efforts, and drive modernization across on-premises and cloud environments, including OCI, AWS, and Azure.

You will mentor teams and ensure scalable, secure, compliant solutions. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, data governance, and collaborating with CMS stakeholders to align strategic objectives.

Qualifications

15+ years of technology/infrastructure and enterprise solution architecture.
Experience in federal, large commercial, or complex IT environments.
Deep ERP and infrastructure knowledge and security/compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture for complex ERP environments, including Oracle EBS and related tools.
Design ERP and adjacent applications for OCI and other cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Define multi-year roadmaps and drive enterprise architecture modernization.
Identify AI/ML use cases and collaborate with data/ML engineers on pipelines and models.
Govern data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FedRAMP).
Lead architecture reviews, governance, and ARB participation.
Provide technical leadership through design, testing, cutover, and hyper care.
