Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Software Developer for a remote role focused on building and enhancing scalable software solutions across the organization. You will work with senior developers to ensure adherence to design patterns and industry standards in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include updating software, contributing to CI/CD implementations, and delivering commercial applications per detailed specs. A strong background in UI/Java EE, REST, and modern JS frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a developer, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing scalable enterprise systems.
• Experience with UI/Java EE, RESTful Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, React/Angular, CSS, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL coding and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with waterfall, Scrum, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of source control software such as ADO, Git, or SVN.

• Contribute to development activities using systematic methodologies
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure code alignment with design patterns
• Develop commercial software applications following industry standards
• Write software solutions based on detailed requirements and specifications
