Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a program execution plan and roadmap across multiple functions.
• Identify workstreams, monitor scope, schedule, resourcing and budget.
• Establish team structures, direct leads, and manage risks and deadlines.
• Create KPI measures and governance for the program.
• Partner with Change Management to drive business readiness and adoption.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Present executive-level updates and ensure cross-functional alignment.
