Job summary

Maestro Search seeks a Principal Security Architect for a healthcare client in the US to own security design across a 30,000-user estate, reporting to the Director of Information Security. You’ll coordinate with three engineering, networking and cloud security teams to deliver secure designs.

This role emphasizes AI security, secure SDLC practices, and CI/CD integration, with strong C-level stakeholder communication. Remote US-based role with enterprise-scale impact and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10 years in IT, with 5+ in information security architecture or engineering.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security projects at enterprise scale.
• Strong multi-cloud security background, with real depth in Azure.
• Breadth across cloud security, platform hardening, network security, application security, CI/CD security and identity.
• Current, practical knowledge of AI security, including secure LLM deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own security design across a multi-cloud estate, primarily Azure with AWS.
• Set platform and OS hardening standards at enterprise scale.
• Design network security and segmentation; oversee secure SDLC and DevSecOps integration.
• Manage identity architecture, data protection, and regulatory controls.
• Communicate with C-level stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
