Job summary

Maestro Search is partnering with a hospital and healthcare enterprise to fill a Senior Security Architect role. This remote US-based position reports to the Director of Information Security and focuses on securing hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

You will design security architectures, drive platform hardening, and collaborate with security operations, engineering, and application security leaders. Enterprise-scale experience and CISSP/CCSP/CISM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead-level experience spanning multiple security domains; network security, EDR, GRC & cloud security.
• Experience at enterprise scale (10,000+ users/endpoints).
• Strong experience in Microsoft cloud environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and related regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Security architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Platform and OS hardening standards at enterprise scale.
• Network security design and segmentation.
• CI/CD pipeline security and DevSecOps integration.
• Identity architecture, access governance, and regulatory controls (HIPAA).
• This spans architecture design, control implementation, and stakeholder conversations with business leaders and executives.
