Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise sales directors to help train its latest language model on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote role requires a track record selling complex B2B deals at top tech and services companies, with a focus on crafting customer-facing decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across workflows such as client pitches, executive briefings, business cases, ROI decks, proposals, and QBR materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales at a top technology or services company.
• Track record of building your own customer-facing decks for six/seven-figure deals.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop decks for customer pitches, executive briefings, business case and ROI slides, proposal decks, QBR materials, and deal review one-pagers.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize slide effectiveness.
