Ethos is seeking experienced enterprise sales directors to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across customer pitches, executive briefings, business case decks, proposals, and QBR materials.

Remote, 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start. Requires 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales at top technology or services companies and expert-level PowerPoint skills with strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales at a top technology or services company
• Track record of building customer-facing decks for six/seven-figure deals
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (pitch decks, executive briefings, ROI slides, proposals)
• Train and evaluate presentations for enterprise clients in collaboration with the AI team
