Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of professional risk management experience with enterprise risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and annual risk reviews across the organization.
• Develop Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and aggregates for reporting.
• Advise management on risk policies and internal controls to improve remediation.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with business units on risk metrics and governance.
