Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst to strengthen risk management practices across the organization. You will identify and assess risks, validate controls, and help ensure issues are addressed before they affect members or operations.

You will support the relaunch of the enterprise-wide RCSA program, implement a new control validation framework, and contribute to business continuity efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance/statistics or other quantitative areas or equivalent.
• 2 years of applicable Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk assessments and guide stakeholders through Archer.
• Perform internal control validation activities and evidence gathering.
• Review control deficiencies and monitor remediation efforts.
• Assist with business continuity planning and program administration.
• Generate ad hoc and recurring risk reports to improve visibility.
