FedEx Dataworks is creating a new market category and seeks a Business Development Manager I–III to drive the Meridian pilot program. You will manage enterprise partnerships, bridging strategy, product, and customer engagements to prove value and scale adoption across industries.

You will collaborate across solution engineering, product, and data teams to turn pilot learnings into repeatable commercial playbooks and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in business development, inside sales, market research, or related area (I: 0–2 yrs; II: 2 yrs; III: 4 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Prospect research to identify potential leads.
• Bridge product, platform, and customer needs across teams.
• Build playbooks from pilot outcomes for scalable commercial models.
• Identify and evaluate new enterprise opportunities for pilots.
• Maintain accurate pilot data and interactions in CRM.
• Articulate the co-creation vision to procurement and leadership.
