Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead Enterprise data, ontology, and AI platform strategy. You will define scalable standards across Palantir Foundry, AIP, Snowflake, and AWS, driving governance, security, and cost-effective data use.

You'll partner with technology and business leaders to set roadmaps, mentor architects, and translate strategy into actionable patterns and reusable components that align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• 5+ years in an enterprise or domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in conceptual/logical/semantic data modeling and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP, including domain ownership and governance.
• Define reference architectures for Foundry/AIP concepts and set guardrails for use.
• Define architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows with Responsible AI controls.
• Define data architecture target state, data models, and data mesh/lakehouse patterns.
• Set standards for data integration across Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, and Palantir platform.
• Lead AWS-based data/AI architecture, focusing on patterns, security, and observability.
• Lead architecture governance forums; translate strategy into an architecture roadmap.
