CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the strategy and architecture for data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will set scalable standards across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Snowflake, and AWS, partnering with technology and business leaders to define architecture roadmaps for secure, governed data use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture roles, with 5+ years in an architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, ontology/knowledge graphs, data mesh, and data product thinking.
• Strong AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven integration, and IaC experience.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Responsible AI governance.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with TOGAF/ArchiMate and enterprise architecture tooling.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology and Palantir platform architecture efforts across enterprise domains.
• Define reference architectures and usage patterns for Foundry/AIP capabilities.
• Architect data platforms, governance, metadata, and security requirements.
• Define AWS data/AI patterns (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker) and integration standards.
• Drive architecture governance, roadmaps, and executive-level narratives.
• Collaborate with business and product leaders to translate strategy into an architecture plan.
