CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to lead data, ontology, and AI platform strategy across Palantir Foundry/AIP and AWS. You will define architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps that enable scalable, secure analytics and AI-driven solutions.

You will partner with technology and business leaders to establish patterns, drive data governance, and ensure cost-effective enterprise data usage while guiding architecture governance and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture with 5+ years in domain architect capacities.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in ontology/semantic data modeling and data mesh/product thinking.
• Strong AWS and cloud-native, event-driven and API integration skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, Spark, Bedrock, SageMaker; Python/SQL fluency.
• Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic governance.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security; TOGAF/ArchiMate familiarity.
• Ability to influence executives and lead architecture governance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Security, Data Governance.

Aufgaben

• Own Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP.
• Define reference architectures and usage patterns for Foundry and AIP.
• Integrate Ontology with core systems and data platform.
• Define architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows with Responsible AI.
• Define the data architecture target state and roadmaps.
• Set standards for data integration, API and event-driven patterns across Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, Palantir.
• Establish data governance, lineage, metadata, privacy, and security requirements.
• Lead Architecture Review processes and develop executive architecture narratives.
• Mentor solution architects and establish architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business and product leadership to translate strategy into roadmaps.
