Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for enterprise data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will define standards across Palantir Foundry/AIP and AWS, creating a semantic foundation for analytics, workflows, and AI solutions.

Collaborate with technology and business leaders to drive secure, governed, and cost-effective data use. You will define architecture roadmaps, patterns, and governance, partnering with Data Governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years in an enterprise or domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, ontology/knowledge graph, data mesh and data product thinking, and domain-driven design.
• Strong architecture expertise with AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration, high availability, observability, and IaC.
• Experience with Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, Spark, Bedrock, and SageMaker; Python and SQL fluency.
• Experience architecting AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions, including governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory and privacy requirements, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or comparable EA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP, including object model and governance across domains.
• Define reference architectures and usage patterns for Foundry and AIP capabilities with guardrails.
• Architect how Ontology integrates with core systems and downstream applications.
• Design architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows grounded in Ontology and Responsible AI.
