• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years software engineering with 5+ years distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data contracts, governance, lineage.
• AWS and Kafka or equivalent streaming tech.
