Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an enterprise architect for data and AI to define the shared platform and standards across seven business units. You will guide architectural choices, guardrails for security and governance, and ensure AI investments deliver measurable business value.

The role is hands‑on, with 60–80% of time spent building, and offers a fully remote arrangement for eligible US candidates. A strong background in enterprise data architecture and multi‑tenant platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software, data, AI or platform engineering, with enterprise/architect roles.
• Experience taking LLM/agentic systems into production at scale.
• Deep enterprise data architecture experience, ideally on Snowflake.
• Built multi‑tenant SaaS platforms with strong tenant isolation and identity propagation.
• Understanding of cost for AI workloads and FinOps basics.
• Proven track record in architecture governance and code reviews.
• Familiarity with security, privacy and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise target architecture for data and AI across seven business units.
• Set architectural principles and reference architectures, standards, and decision records.
• Define central vs. unit ownership and technology choices for AI platforms.
• Design model access, context management, orchestration, retrieval and evaluations.
• Lead architecture governance and review boards; mentor engineers.
