Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an Enterprise Data Analyst to turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights via Power BI dashboards and reports. The role supports a key business unit with potential to expand across the Firm.

Strong data storytelling, statistical modeling, and collaboration with Finance and client-facing groups are essential. The analyst will work in a Data Science function, applying AI tools, and contributing to building enterprise data and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytical role; higher levels may be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Experience with Python and statistical tools.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI platforms.
• Excellent data storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Proven ability to lead complex data analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reports.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver analyses.
• Develop data quality standards and document data sources and methodologies.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and drive impact.
• Contribute to growing the Firm’s data and analytics capabilities.
