Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Managed Container Platform Architect for a 100% remote role. You will design and implement enterprise container platforms using AWS EKS/ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker, and lead platform engineering across teams.

Responsibilities include building scalable, secure, and observable cloud-native platforms, applying GitOps and IaC practices, and guiding governance, cost optimization, and resiliency initiatives while partnering with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/cloud architecture, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise container platforms using AWS EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
