Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, workflow design, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with billing, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to reduce preventable denials.
