Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an Enterprise Architect within Global Technology to design and govern the architecture, processes, and tools that align services with business goals. The role acts as a strategic bridge between business leadership, technical teams, and enterprise technology.

The Architect will own governance, application inventory, and CMDB efforts, drive data integrity, and partner with ITSM and architecture teams to ensure alignment with ITIL standards and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years in an Enterprise Architecture position driving strategy and governance.
• Proven experience leading governance boards with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 7+ years in an Enterprise IT Service Management organization.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITSM platforms, and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain governance for Application Portfolio, CMDB, and related frameworks.
• Own and maintain the Application Inventory and Application Registry as the single source of truth.
