Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role shapes enterprise technology strategy across architecture, integration, and modernization initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions that support compliance, data governance, and operational efficiency.

You will influence cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled ecosystems while modernizing core platforms in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in technology solutions and architecture.
Experience as an architect on large-scale software projects.
Strong knowledge of web applications, middleware, and cloud microservices.
Experience with multiple programming languages including C#, Java, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with autonomous AI agents and enterprise system integration.
Expertise in architecture modeling tools such as UML and Visio.

Responsibilities

Drive solution architecture using established design patterns and best practices.
Design and govern AI-enabled ecosystems with a focus on security and compliance.
Develop integration architecture centered on APIs and microservices.
Establish data architecture with an emphasis on data governance and real-time processing.
Lead cloud and hybrid solution implementation.
Modernize legacy systems through migration and refactoring.
