Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Director to define and lead an enterprise AI vision in a remote, full-time role. You will report to the CIO and drive priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact across a global organization.

The position offers a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and requires willingness to work on a W2 basis. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $256,600 per year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology strategy or IT leadership, incl 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Proven track record shaping and executing AI strategies in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the client’s AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear metrics.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Partner with data science, engineering, IT to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.
• Define infra and resource requirements for AI development/deployment.
• Establish model lifecycle, performance monitoring, risk mitigation frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on AI trends, regulatory changes, competitive positioning.
