Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience in tech/data.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, deployment.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana or Smartsheet; Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, interdependent AI programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify risks and decisions.
• Provide program-level reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
• Coordinate across data scientists, engineers, stakeholders, IT, security, compliance.
• Facilitate program kickoffs, steering meetings, and post-implementation reviews.
• Assess incoming AI initiatives for feasibility, value, and resources.
• Support portfolio prioritization by impact, complexity, risk, capacity.
• Establish governance frameworks and delivery processes balancing innovation, speed, and quality.
• Serve as liaison between AI and technology to resolve issues and improve service.
• Track infrastructure, platform, and operational roadblocks through resolution.
