Job summary

Aculocity is launching the AI Student Innovation Lab and is seeking an AI Innovation Associate to work remotely up to 20 hours per week from Alabama. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers and business leaders to solve real-world enterprise challenges across manufacturing and supply chain.

This program emphasizes hands-on development of AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise copilots, with mentorship and access to modern platforms.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated passion for learning.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability with programming experience (Python is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Developing intelligent AI agents and enterprise copilots.
• Applying machine learning to solve operational challenges.
• Designing proof-of-concepts using emerging AI technologies.
• Exploring retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise knowledge management.
• Working with real-world enterprise datasets to uncover insights and improve decision-making.
• Developing predictive, optimization and analytics solutions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
