Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to be deployed to portfolio companies, driving EBITDA impact through AI-powered automation. The role focuses on selecting and deploying AI platforms, integrating them with existing systems, and training teams to operate effectively.

You will work with Claude, LangChain, and other leading tools to build both no-code automations and custom workflows, with travel up to 40% and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years implementing, integrating, and building AI/ML systems.
• Experience evaluating AI platforms, RAG architectures, and vendor solutions.
• Hands-on Python development with cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, implement, and measure AI solutions across portfolio companies.
• Lead end-to-end integration with ERP/CRM/HRIS via APIs and webhooks.
• Run proofs of concept with clear success criteria and metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to delivery timelines.
