Navitus Health Solutions in Annapolis, MD, seeks an Architect, Enterprise AI to drive enterprise AI architecture and governance across the organization. You will partner with EA, Platform, Data, and Product teams to design scalable AI patterns and ensure secure, compliant deployment of AI technologies.

The role focuses on agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, model lifecycle, and cost-aware AI operations, enabling innovation while protecting data and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in software development or architecture with 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns.
• Experience AI governance and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Advanced skills in C#, React, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures.
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, and RAG.
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for secure use of AI tech.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate LLM providers and tooling.
• Create AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms and cloud services.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Define AI operations standards (MLOps/LLMOps) and lifecycle controls.
• Address AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
