Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior Enterprise AI Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end AI architectures across Azure cloud, data platforms, and enterprise systems. You will lead architecture reviews, guide delivery teams, and contribute reusable assets to the AI delivery practice.

The role emphasizes governance, MLOps, observability, and scalable, production-ready AI platforms with Azure OpenAI and Azure ML, collaborating with client stakeholders and pre-sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture spanning AI/ML, cloud, and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI solutions on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning).
• Strong grounding in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD for AI workloads.
• Experience building observability, monitoring for AI/ML in production environments.
• Proven ability to define AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise compliance.
• Comfortable leading design conversations with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end enterprise AI solutions integrating AI models, data platforms, and enterprise systems into production-grade architectures.
• Define integration patterns across AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and core business systems for interoperability.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered designs, with tradeoffs, risks, and value drivers clearly articulated.
• Lead architecture design reviews and provide hands-on guidance to delivery teams across engagements.
• Contribute to practice development by building reusable assets, frameworks, and POVs for AI delivery.
