Job summary

Naropa University seeks an Enrollment Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for enrollment management, including enterprise systems administration, student data workflows, and scheduling for prospective student interviews and events.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, Analytics and Innovation, the role supports application processing, data quality, communications, and routine system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technology, systems, and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures while escalating when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Customer service and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to translate questions into actionable requests.
• High accuracy when handling records and data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-level support for enrollment systems tickets and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex ones.
• Assist with user account setup and permission requests.
• Help users navigate enrollment systems and resources.
• Perform routine data updates and system maintenance.
• Monitor data quality and resolve incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Track integrations, workflows, and report failures.
• Coordinate admissions events, interviews, and scheduling.
• Support back-end logistics for high-volume periods.
• Document SOPs and maintain training resources.
• Prepare basic operational reports and dashboards.
