Job Responsibilities

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle calls from clients and schedule appointments
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
• Complete insurance applications
• Attend ongoing training sessions
• Sell and upsell insurance products to clients
• Assist with tasks required for client approval from underwriters
