Job Responsibilities:

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Make and receive calls from clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
5. Complete applications for insurance products
6. Attend ongoing optional training sessions to develop professionally
7. Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
8. Assist with underwriting tasks to approve client coverage
