Job Responsibilities

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
5. Complete insurance applications
6. Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills
7. Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients
8. Assist with underwriting tasks to secure client coverage approval
