Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Make and receive calls from clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom video calls
• Complete applications for insurance products
• Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance your skills
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
• Assist with tasks required by underwriters to approve client coverage
