Job Responsibilities

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
5. Complete insurance applications
6. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills
7. Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients
8. Assist with underwriting tasks to secure client coverage approval
