Job Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle calls from clients and make calls to clients
• Schedule appointments for benefit consultations
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits via Zoom
• Complete insurance applications
• Attend ongoing training sessions to improve skills
• Sell and upsell insurance products to clients
• Assist with tasks required for client approval by underwriters
