TransPerfect is seeking a remote Language Lead to translate and proofread Life Science documents from English into Simplified Chinese (China) and to manage a team of linguists. You will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and coordinating language assets across projects.

As a client-facing lead, you will collaborate with Project Managers, gather feedback, and provide clear guidance to linguists while upholding regulatory terminology and style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Simplified Chinese (China).
• Lead/mentor linguists and manage quality across projects.
• Knowledge of translation workflows and client-facing processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as client-facing linguistic point of contact.
• Review client feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and guide a group of linguists and assign work.
