Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency with strong grammar and style.
• Experience editing, proofreading, writing, or linguistic annotation in English.
• Experience evaluating NLP outputs or training data for language models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate quality and accuracy of LLM-generated English text across use cases.
• Edit, refine, or rewrite English content to high linguistic and stylistic standards.
• Annotate English text for grammatical, syntactic, semantic, and stylistic features.
• Identify model errors and language gaps, provide actionable feedback.
• Provide linguistic feedback to guide model training efforts.
