Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Tasks include rating adherence and quality, and providing concise reasoning in English from home or while traveling. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, and misalignments; explaining findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
