Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain issues in writing. This remote, flexible role lets you set your own schedule and use leading LLMs on the job.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain thought processes naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
