Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring each exchange. You will compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

As a freelance 1099 opportunity, you will rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then provide concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining through realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard.
