Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, comparing images and videos to judge which outcome follows the prompt and explaining what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Through Outlier's evaluation loop, your work helps advance frontier AI research and ensures models perform better in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; patient enough to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based English conversation with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise English explanation of findings.
