Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to rate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking outputs for naturalness and prompt adherence. You will compare image and video pairs, then explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, are comfortable with everyday conversational speech, and can provide concise, evidence-based explanations in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations of findings in English.
