Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English reviewers to rate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs for naturalness, usefulness and clarity, and writing evidence-based explanations in English. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and can think on their feet while reviewing prompt adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable explaining decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
