Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with a flexible schedule. You’ll role-play conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write concise explanations of what looked off.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, assessing fidelity to prompts, spotting issues like distorted anatomy or misaligned audio, and documenting findings in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
