Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) for distortions, errors, or mismatches.
• Writing a concise, English-language explanation pointing to observed issues.
